Mission is making big sized alumina tubes.
Tubes can be grinded with tight tolerance
and fine surface roughness.
Mission can make big sized alumina tubes by pressing and casting.
The biggest diameter we can make is 500mm.
Main material has 92%, 95%, 96% and 99.7% alumina.
These tubes can be machined to tight tolerance as your design.
Machining Ability:
Outer diameter tolerance: +/-0.01mm,
Inner diameter tolerance: +/-0.02mm,
Surface Roughness: Ra0.1-0.2um
Parallelism: 0.05mm.
These tubes are widely used as furnace chamber, mud pump liner,
And other high temperature, abrasive application.
